I went to China while I was stationed at Osan AB, Korea. I went on a weekend tour during my midtour. It was such an amazing experience and I definitely recommend going there. I went through the ITT which was nice because at the time I was single so I had a group of people to go around with.
Chinese Circus
The first night we were there, we went to see a Chinese circus. It was amazing to see what they could do.
Great Wall of China
You cannot visit China and not go to the Great Wall! It is very busy and climbing the stairs is not easy. But breath taking!

This temple was created from 1406-1420. It has served emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is now an UNESCO Heritage site.
Summer Palace

Tiananmen Square
Tiananmen Square is the fourth largest city square in the world. It is also the place of the 1989 massacre hundreds of protesters. I was able to get a cheeky picture with a soldier but I think that they are very serious in China.
Jade Factory
We were also taken to a government owned jade factory. The items are very beautiful but also very expensive.
Forbidden City
