Some of my family is from Washington so Mr B and I went up to visit my Grandma and Grandpa.
We spent a few days in Seattle which was very nice. I have to admit, if I moved back to the US, I think Seattle would be on the top of my list!
We got the Seattle Pass which was worth it. It allowed us to get in to many of the top places.
It was easy to navigate the public transportation but we walked almost everywhere.
Space Needle
With the Seattle Pass, we were able to go the Space Needle twice. So we went up once during the day and another time at night to take in all the views.
The First Starbucks
For all of those coffee drinkers, you have to at least have a drink at the place that started it all. The Original Starbucks is right down the street from the famous Pike Place Market.
Pike Place Market
Pike Place Market is just as you think a market should be. It is a maze of different stalls. It is also where you can go see them throw the fish!
Seattle Aquarium
The Seattle Aquarium was also on the pass and we really enjoyed our visit here. We especially liked the otters!
Argosy Cruise Harbor Tour
The Argosy Cruise Harbor Tour was also included with our pass. It was an hour long tour and we had great views of Seattle.
The Museum of Flight
The Museum of Flight is on the outskirts of Seattle but is included in the city pass. There is a lot of hands on items for little and big children. Loved it here!
