I love December! I know it is cold but there is still so much going on!
The Bank Holidays are Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Boxing Day is the UK's Black Friday. So families either go shopping or they usually do sports or go walking and finish the day with a meal with the family.
Jane and I usually the Christmas Eve service at Kings College. If you are going, make sure you dress warmly but we think the wait is worth it!
Also if you have been forwarded this email and want to join my mailing listing, please send me your details here.
Many regular businesses run limited hours between Christmas and New Years so be prepared for that! Please take note of the Christmas markets, many end a few days before Christmas!
Here are a few events that I think you should consider. You can also look at the calendar that I maintain as these are just the few of many things going on. Also if you want to learn more about their holidays go here.
